Fairly simple to prepare/clean up. Flavor was really good, but could have used a little more seasoning. We omitted the parsley and used Italian panko, which may have been the shortchange on the seasoning. Chicken was fork tender, but outside still kept a crisp texture! We made this as a request for my nephew's 9th birthday. I can see us making this again with it occasionally being added to the monthly meal plan. It will be our go-to for chicken parm!
