This recipe was delicious. My partner absolutely loved the garlic butter. I halved the amounts of herb (minutes the garlic) because it was dried will definitely be making this butter again. As for the steak, I was a bit nervous because I had a cheap blade of steak and the recipe didn't actually say what the doneness was with that amount. We put the timer on for 10 minutes.
