Wonderful and simple. Took twenty minutes to make, including making my own ricotta (didn’t have it at home). Added some chili and Parmesan. The sauce is very simple to make, no cooking required. I think I added too much pasta water as I thought it’ll make the cheese more creamy. I’ll add less next time.
