I made an express version of this, still turned out with great flavors but the carrots were slightly underdone. Next time I’ll cook it for the full 6 hrs on low.
This time I had butterflies my chicken breasts to make 4 thin ones so it only needed to cook for 2 hrs on high. Added the pasta for 10 and the I diced the chicken and added it back in.
Easy to make, very spicy from the crushed red pepper- next time I would do less of cooking for 6 hrs. Easy week night meal for sure.
I’ll be making this one again. I could also see rotisserie chicken being good to add after the broth has been cooking for some time. The chicken in this doesn’t have much flavor but that’s ok since it’s in the broth.
