Ended up not having enough spaghetti, so here's some Penne, and it works just as well. So lemony, Ricotta melted like a dream. The sauce was delicious.
Only thing is I'd throw some chicken or Shrimp on top as it's missing a bit of an umani type flavor, overall though, a great meal, will be cooking again.
