I loved this dish but my husband found the textures and flavor combo of avocado and orzo very off putting (likely personal preference). I broiled the salmon in the oven, but otherwise followed the recipe. I really like the Greek salad, but it does make the dish a bit cold. It might make a great pasta salad if you break up the salmon and mix in the orzo and salad. Will make again for myself. Please note this does NOT keep well as leftovers, due to the salmon and avocado
