Amazing! I made the meatballs with half Impossible Burger and half Morningstar sausage patties, and baked at 400 for 25 minutes instead of pan frying. Next time would probably go 375 for 25 minutes and probably wouldn't add any salt to the meatballs since the Morningstar is pretty salty. Used sour cream in place of heavy cream. Served with mashed potatoes and lingonberry sauce.
