It came out perfect. First time ever making focaccia and won't be the last. I used spelt flour but it didn't effect to the end result. The tutorial videos helped, and i mostly made it based on them. End result was soft and tasty with olives and mini tomatoes on the top. It had still a little crunch at the bottom and on the top. Recommend.
