Still had quite a bit of cream in the bottom of the pan. Next time I would change a couple things; use less cream-try 1/2c first, you only need enough for a small amount to coat the bottom. Add more if needed. 2nd, let the rolls with the cream sit in pan for about 30min so they can absorb some cream before baking. And lastly I would lower the temp of my oven to 325, possibly even 300 and bake them longer. At 350 the tops of mine were almost overdone while the bottoms were soggy because of to much cream left in the dish after baking
