Boiled potatoes and than seasoned in pan using dried herbs only used fresh rosemary with olive oil and butter and was already strong smell of herbs. I used less than recommended amount. Also seasoned the meat with salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Recipe doesn’t call for the meat to be seasoned only cooked with butter which would have been a mistake and steak would have had no flavor. Sided with what I already had on hand white rice and macaroni and cheese. Works with any side dishes really. Putting this recipe into my go to meals.
