Note: If you want to make your own pastry, follow these instructions:
1. Sieve 125g plain flour and a pinch of salt into a bowl.
2. Add 25g cold butter, diced, and 25g lard, and rub the mixture together using your fingertips until you get a sandy, breadcrumb-like texture.
3. Add 2 tablespoons of milk a little at a time and bring the ingredients together into a dough.
4. Cover and allow to rest in the fridge for 30-45 minutes before rolling out and lining the tin.
