wonderful. i will note that "2 portions" contained 4 servings of pasta? that's 400 cals of pasta alone, not even counting the olive oil (100 cals per tbsp!) so dieters beware! "2 servings" ended up looking closer to three or four, at least for me.
cut down on the cheese & replaced with goat cheese. be sure to salt and pepper veery liberally--the top of my food was black when i stopped.
