I changed this recipe a bit; I added in some celery, 1/2 tsp of sugar to counteract the tartness and also tomato purée instead of tomato sauce. I accidentally added too many lentils so it wasn’t as saucy as I wanted too. This recipe was for two servings but I have multiple servings to put in my freezer :) this would go so nicely with spaghetti and garlic bread.
