This was good! The cream cheese sauce was rich and flavorful and the corn added a necessary crunch that the dish otherwise wouldn't have. I used sweet corn and that was my mistake, I should have used regular ole canned corn, and I'll try it that way next time! Overall this was a simple, quick, and delicious meal that I plan to make again soon.
