We enjoyed this. I think next time I would back off on the thyme or even us herbs de Provence or something else. But I like this recipe. Make sure to mince the onion finely. I made it again using 1/4 C each of stone ground mustard/honey/ horseradish/Mayo. I subbed herbs de Provence instead of the thyme. We liked it even better than original. Update: new fave way is with Stubbs spicy bbq. Inside and out
