← Replies in Wilted Greens in Tomato-Bacon Broth Recipe

This was a really great way to clean out my fridge - I used some past-it’s-prime cabbage and spinach and I had a package of bacon already open. It’s hearty! Definitely recommend some bread or grain to soak up the broth! The drizzle of olive oil at the end is important as it balances out the acid of the tomato and sherry vinegar. A great recipe to play with! Also would say this is three VERY hearty or four medium servings as a main, but could be 8 more as a side or complement!
