I don't have a steamer so I made one with a large pot and a BBQ bowl with holes in the bottom. I poured the starch in a plate, like a crepe size, put a lid over it and steamed for 2 min. Worked great. I brushed sesame oil on the plate every 2. And brushed the tops to stack between parchment sheets.
