I doubled the batch & portioned out into two baking dishes. Perfect for transport or a freezer meal. I subbed out lamb with hamburger, subbed out half of the Worcestershire sauce with balsamic vinegar, and topped with parmesan.
It was creamy, savory, and delicious. The potatoes were buttery, and the pie's mouthfeel was spot-on, full of rich herby goodness.
Next time I want to try without parmesan, to see how this changes the flavor profile & with less oil, to compensate for the hamburger juices.
