Hands down my absolute favorite Italian meatball recipe. Texture is fantastic and really does melt in your mouth. I do use garlic and onion powder instead of the fresh stuff, still turns out great. I've tried it with ground turkey too and it's also fantastic. My picky kids liked it too!
