It's was good but I would either grill all of the chicken in one batch or cube up the chicken before doing the spice rub and cooking it. My chicken was cold by the time I was done with cooking them in the skillet (had to do two batches) so I had to reheat it. Cubing the chicken ahead of time or grilling would save you a lot of time as well. I added a little cayenne pepper to the seasoning because I wanted a little kick to it. I also made a slaw with some shredded lettuce, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and salt and pepper to put on it instead of salsa. Definitely put lime juice on it at the end and add cilantro to your taco. It tastes so much better with it.
