Substitute 2 tbsp sesame seeds + 1 tbsp sesame oil with 2 tbsp tahini paste.
Substitute whole spices with freshly ground:
- 1 tbsp ground coriander
- 1 tbsp ground cumin
- 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp kosher salt
