A perfect crackle on top! My suggestion: place your cookie sheet on the middle rack of your oven, baking one batch at a time & lean toward less time rather than more. My last batch I put in for only 9 minutes. You don't want a flat overcooked cookie, and these ones are easy to bake too long!
