Added cinnamon to the mix. I put them in muffin cups in a muffin tray and froze it like that. I think adding vanilla or some other extract would help heighten the flavor.

Just like any other recipe, it is meant for personal preference variations. Vanilla extract would be good as would straight vanilla bean with possibly some Vermont Maple Syrup.
