This is a sleeper hit salad - nobody think celery would make a good salad then EVERYONE LOVES THIS. Seriously, potlucks, dinner parties, everyone asks for the recipe. Relatively low list of ingredients but each one is important. I’ve brought it on picnics, camping, so many places - the celery also makes it more sturdy.
