This is my recipe, I adapted it and it turned out great. The whole family loves them including my grandkids.
Each muffin is 4 WW points on the green plan.
These are great snacks and breakfast food.
I like to split a muffin in half and microwave 15 seconds(if thawed) and then I enjoy it with chicken sausages and sugar free maple syrup(Lakanto sweetened with Monkfruit) and it’s like the best French toast ever.
I freeze what I don’t use after the first few days and when I want to eat one, wrap it in paper towel and microwave 35 seconds.
I would like if they had more protein in them so I will play around with upcoming recipes and repost once I get it right. These are awesome for now!
