Made them for the first time. The recipe overall is good, I appreciated the dough's texture and balanced flavor. And I've added cocoa to make my cookies more chocolate flavored.
The only issue I've been concerned about is baking process. I scooped the dough in ball-like portions, and they kept that shape throughout. I presume, I should have flattened it somehow on a rack before baking. Because they weren't baked evenly — the inside was still too raw after 10 min baking (375 F).
