No instructions on the recipe so made it up as I went along. Fried the onion & garlic in the butter. Added the spices then the mince and browned. Added the stock, tomatoes and gnocchi and cooked till sauce was slightly reduced. Added the cream, then sprinked with spring onion and cheese and grilled till golden
