Hey ! Our instructions were not precise enough. Sorry for that ! Hope you enjoyed your meal despite the water. We usually use the water in case the sauce is not binding well, we add a splash of pasta cooking water and stir it in. The starch from the water helps to give the sauce more body and a silky texture. But it's not always necessary. We modified the instructions ;)
