I changed the sugar to three teaspoons of honey, added a little flaxmeal, and a little bit of ground coffee, and replaced the vegetable oil with olive oil since it's a little healthier. I used Hershey's naturally unsweetened this time, will try the dark chocolate powder next. Was pretty good, though maybe had a little too many chocolate chips for a small portion like this. Not a problem, just makes it hard to say it's much of a brownie if it's like mostly chocolate chips I think lol

One tablespoon cottage cheese
A bit of cold brew coffee
Two tablespoons almond milk, one tablespoon regular milk
Tablespoon 1/2 of olive oil
Side of Greek yogurt mixed with dark chocolate spread
