I made this tonight with well seasoned ground beef meatballs. I love peas, but my husband is not a fan so I'm substituting with mushrooms.
I have a feeling this is going to be on the usual rotation now, we both enjoyed it very much!
I will say though it's one of those recipes where it's best to prep it and throw it all in the oven and put the dishes away make tomorrow's lunches shower etc because it is a slow recipe but the prep is easy and quick.
