Very time consuming to assemble. Changed the recipe to creat on single sharing trifle. The whole sponge mix wen into one small cake tin and took longer to cook. In the main Kenwood, even 1.5 times the amount of mixture took nearly 30 minutes to whip up rather than the specified 4 minutes.
The cream once whipped up was dry, so added extra honey to the mix.
