I really enjoyed this chili. I garnished it with a spoonful of plain Greek yogurt. Followed the instructions but did it all in the Instapot. Instead of simmering for 45 minutes I set it on manual for 9 mins. after sautéing and browning everything. The only thing I’d do differently is add the salt while browning the turkey meat so it has more flavor. The sodium calculation in the health section is off by a lot. I only used a teaspoon for the entire pot of 8 servings.
