Super delish! I actually don’t have an oven so I cooked it in a skillet. First I seared the chicken on both sides for less than a minute in each side and removed it from the pan. I made the sauce and poured half over the chicken to “marinade”. Then, in some vegetable oil, I sautéed the onion, then added the carrot, then the broccoli and finally the bell pepper. I allowed the veg to soften a bit before adding in the remaining sauce and after it thickened a bit, I added in the chicken pieces. Cooked the whole thing until the chicken was fully cooked and the veg was at my desired softness.
