It's simpler/easier than it looks, and quite delicious. I couldn't find Tabasco sauce at ALDI, so I made the sauce out of sour cream + ketchup + a little paprika + spicy chili powder + cayenne pepper, and adjusted to taste until it was spicy enough for me. I also recommend making a bit more of this sauce than the author recommends (start with more sour cream), so that the tacos end up tasting juicy. Although, I didn't add lime juice as a topping.
