It’s also really good with sweet Thai chilli sauce instead of brown sugar - although brown sugar works nicely too. It’s so good I have to keep myself from drinking this sauce by itself. Don’t fear the ginger! Use lots! I air fry my potstickers to make them healthier than their deep-fried counterparts. I toss potstickers in a bit of chilli oil which makes them perfectly crispy on the outside and indistinguishable from the deep-fried ones. In fact, I’d argue they are so much better this way because you don’t get that greasy gross feeling after eating them. :)
