These were a hit and actually a fan favorite of the little kids (who’d have thought?). I made these as little stand up sailboats for a birthday party. The dough was a little delicate for a standup cookie, but my cookie cutter had a neck, so that may also be at fault for the few breaks I had. The cookies were very tender and had a nice citrusy taste that wasn’t overwhelming. Not sure what the poppyseeds added and they got stuck in everyone’s teeth.
