Cake is very delicate. Fell apart as I put the layers together. Could have refrigerated or left unwrapped overnight to dry out and the cupcakes I did that with held up better.
I also like more nuts in the filling so double that next time.
Also chill cake before icing…and also be better at icing than I am lol.
