I've read the other review about the chicken being raw after cooking, but that hasn't been my experience, probably because I let my chicken thaw before I cooked it. The one thing I would advise against, however, is taking off the skin from the breast; doing so renders the breast dry when it's time to eat, even after letting the chicken rest for a few minutes. Aside from that, I enjoyed eating the chicken, and I enjoyed the gravy I made with the drippings (I would recommend making the gravy in a separate saucepan on a stove top rather than in the inner pot).
