Bought 2 roasts and glad I did because I will make this again tomorrow, go heavier then you think on the spices, the meat really soaks it all up in the pot. Mine ended up a bit bland but still great. Used chicken broth and was still great.
I was surprised the 10 minutes was just perfect for the veg. But I cut everything to be 1" width about. .
Will make again! So good!
