This is the third time I have baked a korovai using this recipe. It's a simple recipe, easy to follow the directions, and tastes great. This time is my practice run before baking next week for my daughter's wedding. It does not make a huge korovai, which I appreciate,, because we'll use it for the bread and salt ceremony at the beginning of the reception.
