This was SO hot! My poor baby mouth. Now you should probably know I have the weakest mouth known to man. Sometimes Tostitos mild salsa can have too much of a kick for me so make of that what you will… That Serrano pepper was no joke though. Otherwise it was tasty (what I could taste of it since my mouth was on freaking fire). I’ll make it again but no Serrano. Also I felt I cut the potatoes too big.
