Delicious! This was moist and very easy. I poached 2 chicken breasts in chicken broth, used that broth and chicken in this recipe. I found it was a little thick and needed more liquid, I used milk rather than broth. I sautéed my onion and (fresh) diced carrot & celery in the butter before adding the flour. I also added .5 tsp ground thyme to the veggies as they sautéed.
I cooked this 50m at 350° with a foil ring around the top outside crust. Then I removed the foil, threw on an egg wash and baked 20m at 425°.
This is a great recipe and easy for a beginner!
