This was absolutely delicious, but we did read some reviews about too much salt and made quite a few modifications.
For the chicken, we halved the soy and vinegar replacing that liquid with chicken broth to keep the total liquid amount. It was still a little salty for us, but we cook without salt with mostly low/no sodium ingredients.
For the salsa, we halved the soy and gochujang. It still came out delicious, albeit not spicy. The salt level was right though.
We happened to have smoked feta which was delicious. The other toppings are visible lol
Last note - the only way this is 25 minutes is if everything is prepped. It took us closer to 45 minutes. With that said, we'd make it again!
