Made this last night and it was amazing except for the part where I don't have fingerprints anymore. I feel strongly there should be an advisory for dumb people about letting the garlic heads cool down for maybe 10 mins before squeezing. I let mine cool for about 6 and well...now I can at least commit crimes without wearing gloves. All in all, a hit and will do again! No picture due to lack of fingertips.
