sooo good :))) i used light cream cheese and made 6 instead of 8 so mine came out at 76 cal each (i added a dark choc chunk to only one, so the one in the picture is 81)
only thing is, the base was hard and chewy and the cupcake liners stuck to it, i don't know what i did wrong but if i had to remake them i would use a different recipe for that part! the cheese cake filling was delicious and really sweet i loved it so much
