I really loved this one! I made it without beans because I didn't have any, and only two links of sausage because thats what I had, but it was very tasty! The squeeze of lemon at the end is KEY. I used a 5 oz tub of baby kale, and added the pepper flakes at the end of the sausage. Usually the cheese in pasta water instructions leave me with a clumpy glob, but by adding it slowly and tossing I finally got a silky sauce! I don't cook often with pork sausage, but when I do this will be a top choice!
