This recipie was pretty yum. I did increase the cooking time because I know the longer it simmers, more flavors can be extracted. The next day...it's even better! I also substituted black beans instead of using kidney beans. My family also enjoys a smoother sauce so I ran the onions & diced tomatoes through my food processor. So based off the spice blend, very good and enjoyed the hint of sugar added to bring out the natural sweetness of the tomatoes but still packs a savory spicy punch.
