1/2 sour cream and 4oz cream cheese, 350 for 50 mins. I love this dish, made if for my Mexican husband three times already and his family, they adore it! For those who need to hear it, DONT try making this recipe in a normal bread pan (like banana bread ones) makes WAY too much batter. 8x8 works great if you are making it like a "cake"
