Simple yet effective Chinese noodle recipe. Good ingredient proportions and concise steps consistently yield great noodles. I love to boil these and then throw them in a “Chinese” broth (stock, Chinese cooking wine, soy sauce, Rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, onion, green onion, ginger) with some silken tofu. Add veggies straight to the broth and boil until al dente, if desired, but not necessary for a hearty yet healthy enough dish.
