I want to make this again because the part I managed to salvage was delicious, but I have to mention that the glaze mixture burned in the oven within ten minutes. I'm not quite sure what happened -- it may be that my oven runs too hot -- but keep a close eye on this one; the 25 minute cooking time might be too long.
